SERVE:

Persons who abuse, or are dependent on alcohol or other drugs.
Persons" at risk" of becoming abusive or dependent.
Persons negatively impaired by alcohol or drug use of family members.

Intensive In-Home Services

OBJECTIVE ARE:

To prevent disruption of the home environment.
To promote unification of the family impaired by child abuse and neglect.
To strengthen and empower the family unit.

Intensive In-Home Services are provided within the family home environment by a certified multisystemic counselor trained to help families interact in a healthy way.  This is done by working with all the members of the family.

Intensive In-Home Services focus on the individual's problems and needs as they relate to the home environment.

Intensive In-Home Services always stresses the importance of promoting real life behavior change in a manner that promotes long term gains.
