The Dorchester Alcohol and Drug Commission accepts Medicaid, and most private insurance. As a courtesy and convenience to you we will coordinate filing of claims with third-party payers whenever possible

We strive to make our services accessible to all clients and keep our fees low in order to accommodate all clients. Dorchester Alcohol and Drug Commission offers a sliding fee scale for clients with financial need; we will work with you to develop a payment plan to fit your financial situation.
