Individual and Relationship Counseling is provided by our experienced, licensed therapists at Dorchester Counseling Services, a division of Dorchester Alcohol and Drug Commission.

Individual counseling is provided to treat problems related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, parenting, divorce, substance abuse and co-dependency, and other challenges life may bring. The highly trained clinicians at Dorchester Counseling Services will work with you to develop a course of treatment that meets your needs and scheduling preferences.

Relationship counseling is offered for couples to develop skills in conflict resolution, communication, as well as supportive counseling for substance abuse and emotional issues. Our top quality professionals will help you to understand personal and relational patterns and teach tools to enhance your relationships.

Dorchester Counseling Services accepts Medicaid, Medicare and some private insurance. For those without insurance coverage, we offer payment plans based on a sliding fee scale. Please call to schedule an appointment. Daytime and evening appointments are available.
